Interested in sampling some of the best cuisines Chicago has to offer, all in one place? Then head over to Time Out Market Chicago in the historic Fulton Market District, where you’ll find 18 kitchens and three bars offering food and drink from some of the city’s best chefs and mixologists.

Time Out Market is the only food hall in the world that’s curated by a team of top-flight editors. In fact, all of the dishes and craft cocktails have been taste-tested to ensure that they’re up to the Time Out editorial team’s high standards. This close collaboration with locally loved chefs from neighborhoods throughout the city has helped to capture the essence of Chicago’s exciting culinary scene and bring it to life under one roof.

Dining at Time Out Market

Time Out Market Chicago spans 50,000 square feet and seats 500 people, making it a great spot for groups and families. And as one of the few dining venues in the West Loop open seven days a week for lunch, it’s the perfect place to grab a midday meal.

No matter what type of cuisine you’re craving, you’re sure to find it at Time Out Market Chicago. Cleo’s Southern Cuisine features award-winning fried chicken. Chef Bill Kim offers innovative Asian dishes from his two outposts: Urbanbelly and the Bill Kim Ramen Shop. Sample tavern-style pizza from the legendary Candlelite. Try coastal Indian food by Bar Goa. Bite into one of the best burgers in the country at Mini Mott. Get a taste of contemporary Japanese cuisine from Arami. Experience the fusion of Polish and Colombian flavors by Polombia. Savor slow-smoked barbecue from Soul & Smoke. Check out Latin American tacos and street food at Lil Amaru.

Satisfy your sweet tooth with a pastry from Bittersweet or fresh-churned ice cream from Shawn Michelle’s. And cap off your meal with a creative cocktail or local beer enjoyed at the all-season Tony’s Rooftop Bar.

Eat in the communal food hall, grab a table on the expansive outdoor patio with a front-row seat to bustling Fulton Market, or head upstairs to the rooftop with sweeping city views. Don’t miss Happy Hour (weekdays from 4-7 p.m.), the Sunday Feed Your Soul brunch with live jazz, or regularly scheduled music and DJs. There are also ticketed cultural events and classes, such as rooftop yoga and craft workshops, plus interactive kids’ activities.

Rather pick up your food and go? The free Time Out Market app (go to the App Store or Google Play) allows guests to pre-order food and drinks with a text message. Delivery is also available via Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Caviar.
